|Sunrise Vinyasa||Flow into the morning with an invigorating wake-up practice. You will leave balanced, focused and smiling! LEVELS: 1,2,3|
|Vinyasa Flow||This class guides you through the postures letting breath lead the way. This class utilizes sun salutations flowing into the basic postures like downdog and forward folds, all while connecting the postures with the breath. The breath and movement bring awareness to the moment and your practice. LEVELS: 1,2,3|
|HOT Vinyasa Flow||Come prepared to flow and sweat. We will move through the asanas in a heated room using the heat and asana sequence to open the body up and clear it of toxins. You’ll leave feeling cleansed from the inside out. Don’t miss the cool, lavender scented towels in savasana! Bring water and a towel. LEVELS: 2,3
|YOGA for Beginners||If you are new to yoga or just need a refresher this is the perfect class for you. New to yoga? Yoga Basics will introduce you to a practice that can bring strength, balance and flexibility to your life. Through basic postures and alignment principles you will be able to discover the benefits of yoga at your own pace. LEVELS: ALL LEVELS|
|YIN/YANG||Come in and move, stretch, and connect through this combination of a yang style practice and a yin experience. LEVELS: All levels|
|Relax & Restore Yoga||This therapeutic class utilizes props to make it easier for the body to get into certain poses, and thus, surrender to the pose. Props usage in this restorative class provides a supportive environment for total relaxation. LEVELS: ALL LEVELS|
|YIN||Where most yoga classes tend to be ‘yang’ in nature focusing on improving flexibility and strength of muscles, yin works in the connective tissues such as ligaments, tendons and bones. LEVELS: All levels|
|Power FLOW Yoga||The focus is on building strength and stamina. We pull from a combination of yoga styles to create a dynamic & vigorous class. HEATED TO 80 - LEVELS: 2,3|
|Happy Hour YOGA – $10||Ready to kick off the weekend with an upbeat yoga class? Then this is the one for you. Breath & Movement=A kickin’ weekend. And why Happy Hour? It’s just $10 and it’s yoga and it’s Friday! LEVELS: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced|
|$5 Karma Community Class @ 5:30||This is a wonderful class for the entire community at a reduced rate. Come practice together! A portion of the proceeds goes to local charities. Give us a call if you have a charity in need of help! LEVELS: 1,2,3.|
|Kiddie Yoga Fun- $5 for adults/$2 for kids 12 and under||This class offers a fun and loving atmosphere incorporating yoga, games & music for Moms, Dads or Caregivers and their children. NOTE: You are welcome to bring along an infant sibling, at no additional cost, of course. LEVELS: ALL LEVELS|
|YOGA FITNESS BOOTCAMP||This class is designed to target all major muscle groups, improve stamina, burn calories & fat. LEVELS: 1,2,3|
|SOFT FLOW YOGA||IN the mood to slow it down and restore your body and mind. Soft Flow is a combination of vinyasa, deep stretching and restoration. LEVELS: 1,2,3|
|Intermediate YOGA||This class is perfect for the beginner, the continue beginner or someone who is looking for a strong alignment focus in class. LEVELS: ALL LEVELS|
