Please note we will have one class only on Thanksgiving Day, November 27th ~ Flow of Gratitude 8-9:30am ~ All levels dynamic flow, a bit of restorative and a gratitude meditation ~ A wonderful way to start the holiday!

Also, please note the following changes for Thanksgiving week ONLY due to the Annual Thanksgiving Intensive:

  • Friday, November 28th, 4-5:15pm Yin will move to 4:30-5:45pm
  • Friday, November 28th, 5:30-6:30pm Happy Hour will not be held
  • Sunday, November 30th 10-11:30am Iyengar Inspired will not be held

Please note class times and offerings are subject to change. Click here for the most current schedule, teacher substitutions and to register for classes & workshops. Drop-ins are welcome for all classes; however, pre-registration is recommended for workshops & special events.

We seek to honor the individual needs of each person who walks through our door, but you must also remember to listen to your body. And as with any physical exercise, a visit with your health care professional is advised before practicing.

A note on LEVELS:

We strive to be observant of the needs of each student who show up for class and you are invited to try any classes or workshops we offer. This level system is laid out to make it easy to pick the best fit for you and where you are on your yoga journey. If you are a beginner, trying a class option you are not ready for can turn you off of yoga. We don’t want that. And if you have a vigorous practice, an entry level might not be what you need today. So please review each class description and email, call or drop by with questions.

Students new to the studio are advised to arrive 15 minutes prior to class.

Props and More – We supply straps, bolsters, blankets, blocks, sandbags, eye pillows & even chairs. If you have a personal prop, please bring it along. While we encourage having your own mat, we do offer mats to borrow.

Classes with additional heat are noted. We provide drinking water & cold, lavender scented towels, but we recommend bringing an extra towel to class. And we recommend being well hydrated before the HOT classes.
